Agnesa Khamoyan: A New Culture of Crime Has Been Introduced in Armenia, and the Investigative Committee Is Its Creator

Agnesa Khamoyan, a member of parliament from the Armenia faction, has accused the Investigative Committee of failing to comply with a court decision, stating that the judicial act concerning the illegality of sealing off the Olimpavan complex has still not been implemented. Yerevan.Today reports this.

According to Khamoyan, on September 28, the court ruled that the sealing of the Olimpavan complex had been illegal. However, the MP claims that the Investigative Committee did not comply with the court’s decision, instead sending it to the supervising prosecutor to consider the question of appealing it.

The MP described the Investigative Committee’s position as legal absurdity, emphasizing that court decisions are subject to enforcement. She noted that, as a result of the closure of Olimpavan, the business operator and its employees had been deprived of work for months.

Agnesa Khamoyan stated that she had submitted a crime report to the Prosecutor’s Office concerning the failure to comply with the court decision and was awaiting a response. She also warned that representatives of the current authorities would not escape responsibility for illegal actions.
