Lawsuits to Be Filed Against Anna Hakobyan Over 15 Cases of the “My Step” Foundation Violating the Ban on Charity During the Pre-Election Period

Lawsuits will be filed by Daniel Ioannisyan and others against Anna Hakobyan in connection with cases in which the “My Step” Foundation, associated with the Civil Contract Party (CP) and Nikol Pashinyan, violated the ban on charity during the pre-election period. “Pastinfo” reports this, citing Daniel Ioannisyan.

Let us recall that “Independent Observer” had identified problems with charitable activities carried out by the “My Step” Foundation, associated with the CP and Nikol Pashinyan personally, despite the legislative ban in effect during the pre-election period, and had announced that it had applied to the Administrative Court, demanding that Anna Hakobyan be held responsible on 15 different counts.
