Pastinfo: 218 million AMD to a company owned by a “Civil Contract” council member: Artashat Municipality signs a major contract

The Artashat Municipality has signed a contract worth AMD 218,236,614 with “Garant Capital Stroy” LLC, whose director is Narek Baghdasaryan, a member of the “Civil Contract” faction of the Artashat Municipal Council. “Pastinfo” learned about this from documents published in official open sources. The mentioned amount is equivalent to USD 604,359.

From 2022 to 2024, the company of Narek Baghdasaryan, a member of the “Civil Contract” faction of the Municipal Council, was the winner of road construction subsidy programs worth approximately AMD 723 million in the Artashat community. “Hetq” had reported on this.

According to the signed contract, road repair and asphalting works will be carried out in the settlements of Masis, Mrgavan, and Nshavan in the Artashat community.

The company belonging to the “Civil Contract” municipal council member has signed contracts with the municipalities of Ararat, Artashat, and Vedi, the staff of the Governor of Ararat Province, as well as the Water Committee of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.

The amounts of the contracts signed with the company are quite substantial: the LLC has mainly received contracts worth millions of drams.
